In 2023, we were proud to be announced as the official custom teamwear partner of 2 Seas Motorsport for their campaign in the Intelligent Money British GT Championship — a partnership that would take our motorsport clothing from the design studio in Dubai all the way to the paddock at Donington Park, Silverstone, and beyond.
Who Are 2 Seas Motorsport?
2 Seas Motorsport is a British GT racing team competing at the highest levels of endurance and sprint motorsport. Running the iconic Mercedes-AMG GT3, the team is known for its impeccable presentation, elite driver lineup, and an outstanding race record — including consecutive victories at the Gulf 12 Hours in Abu Dhabi.
In 2023, with driver pairings including Jonny Adam, James Cottingham, Jules Gounon, and reigning champion Ian Loggie, the team stormed to the top of the British GT standings from the very first round.
They are, in every sense, a team that leads — on track and off it.

When 2 Seas Motorsport approached Purewear, the brief was clear: deliver premium custom motorsport teamwear that could handle the extreme demands of professional GT racing while ensuring every team member looks sharp and unified in the paddock.
This wasn't just about aesthetics. Motorsport pit crew clothing needs to perform. The pit garage environment especially in endurance events like the Gulf 12 Hours in Abu Dhabi is physically intense, hot, and unforgiving. The clothing needs to be:
- Breathable and moisture-wicking — to keep crew members comfortable under intense pressure
- Durable — built to survive the rigours of a full racing season
- Precisely branded — reflecting the team's identity with pinpoint accuracy
- Visually consistent — so the team looks professional and unified at all times
What We Created: The 2 Seas x Purewear Collection
Working in close collaboration with the 2 Seas team, Purewear designed and manufactured a full range of custom race and travel kit inspired by the striking livery of the Mercedes-AMG GT3.
The Launch Range Included:
- Branded polo shirts — made from high-performance piqué fabric, ideal for paddock use
- Technical t-shirts — produced in breathable polyester with full sublimation printing
- Sweatshirts and casual wear — for travel and off-track team representation
- Fan merchandise — available to supporters via the official Purewear shop
Every item was produced using the latest sublimation printing technology, allowing us to reproduce the team's detailed colour scheme and branding with vivid, fade-resistant precision — something simply not possible with traditional screen printing.
A further range of 100% cotton leisurewear was also developed for later in the season, giving the team options for every environment and occasion.

Sublimation printing is the gold standard for custom motorsport teamwear. Unlike screen printing or embroidery, sublimation permanently bonds the ink to the fabric at a molecular level — meaning colours never crack, peel, or fade, no matter how many race weekends or wash cycles the garment goes through.
