Shipping Method & Delivery Times:

Purewear FZ LLE ships all orders worldwide using DHL Express.

Once dispatched, deliveries typically take 3 - 5 business days to arrive, depending on the
destination and local courier processing times.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs
procedures, local holidays, weather conditions, or logistical delays beyond our control.

Order Processing:

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of the order competing
manufacturing.

All orders are made to order.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will
be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and package weight.

These costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

All customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product
or shipping prices.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a DHL Express tracking number via email.

You can track your shipment on the DHL website.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

liable for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.
