Returns Policy — Purewear FZ LLE

Custom / Made-to-Order Items:

Purewear FZ LLE specializes in custom clothing manufacturing.

Therefore, all custom, personalised, tailored, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and
non-refundable.

Once a custom order has been confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled,
changed, or returned.

This includes (but is not limited to) items with customized measurements, personalized
branding, unique colors or fabrics, or any product produced specifically for the customer.

Non-Custom Items:

For items that are not customized or made to order, we offer a 7-day return policy.

To qualify for a return:
● The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
● All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
● The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns, including any customs duties
or import fees associated with sending items back to us.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you require a different product, please place a
new order once your return is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with
photos of the issue. We will assist you promptly.
