Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, most of our products require a minimum order of 10 pieces. However, there are a few exceptions: caps have a minimum order of 24 pieces, while bobble hats and umbrellas each require a minimum of 20 pieces. If you're unsure about a specific product, feel free to get in touch with us.
How long does delivery take once my order has shipped?
Delivery typically takes between 3 to 5 days.

How long does production take?
Typically around 20 days upon receiving payment.
Some of the heavier items including winter jackets and umbrellas can take longer.

What is your return policy?
We have a zero returns policy on custom made items.
However standard items have a 14 day return policy.
